How to Fix that 'Netflix is no longer avallable on this device' 

If you find the following prompt appears on your device's Netflix, please follow the steps below to upgrade the projector.

'Netflix is no longer available on this device. Please visit netflix.com/compatibledevices for a list of supported devices. (R17)'

 

1.Click Apps+

 

2.Click FOTA Update

 

 

3.Click Check Version

 

 

If an upgrade package is detected, click Download

 

Wait for the upgrade package to download.

 

If the message "Current version is the latest version." appears, the version detection may have failed. We recommend that you restart the device, reopen FOTA Update, and click Check Version. If the version still cannot be detected after multiple restarts, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

 

 

4.After the upgrade package is downloaded, click Click Update

 

Wait for about 15 seconds to start the automatic upgrade

 

5.After the upgrade is complete and you enter the home page, the system is still optimizing. You need to wait for about three minutes until the Netflix icon appears in apps+.

 

Note: After the upgrade is complete, please check whether the version number is consistent with the upgrade package version.

Special note: After entering Netflix, please use the remote control to switch to mouse mode! Exit mouse mode after exiting Netflix! (Press the mouse button to turn on mouse mode, and press the mouse button again to exit mouse mode)


If there is no red Netflix icon in the Apps list, follow the steps below:
1.On the home page, click app+

2.Click on play store

3.Click Netflix

4. Click INSTALL

5.After the installation is complete, click OPEN or return to the home page and click the Netflix icon

6.To turn the page, move the mouse to the top or bottom, press the up and down keys to turn the page, and to slide left and right, move the mouse to the left and right edges, and press the left and right keys to slide.
