1.Before us the earphone, pls get it charged for about half an hour.
2.If you find that the headphones are in single-ear mode and the two earbuds cannot be paired automatically, please refer to the manual to adjust the headphones to binaural mode, or contact us.
How to connect your devices
- After leaving the charging compartment, the headset will automatically turn on and automatically pair the left and right ears.
- After the ear pairing is completed, one earphone will be off (sub-machine), and the other earphone will flash red and blue alternately (host). At this time, you can use the mobile phone to search for Bluetooth and connect.
(Please Note: If the ear has been connected to the phone before, the ear will automatically connect back to the phone. The Bluetooth function of the phone must be turned on beforehand.)

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us immediatelysince receiving your order. Our customs support email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Please write down your order number and user ID in the return parcel.
All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact to avoid damage during shipment, any physical damage during the return shipment will not be accepted. Returned parcel need to provide shipment number for tracking.

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
8.How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us immediately from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return.
